• Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of merchandise, absolutely NO exceptions.

• Any APPROVED returns made will be eligible for store credit ONLY! We do not process refunds.

• Shipping fees are NOT refundable.

REFUSED/RETURNED PACKAGES

If your package is refused or returned because it was undeliverable for any reason beyond our control (ex. Insufficient/invalid address or name), you will be changed the original shipping fee plus an additional shipping fee if we are to resend your package.

**Please note that once the package is shipped, we are no longer responsible for any lost, theft or undeliverable packages. All packages are subject to terms and conditions of USPS and UPS.
